My name is Renata Holicova and I love the way eating raw, living foods makes me feel. Preparing healthy, beautiful food makes me happy.

I am a graduate of the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in California.

I run food workshops, seminars and demonstrations based on raw food recipes and preparation techniques. My passion is introducing exciting new tastes without cooking – maximising the joy and health benefits of raw, living foods in the lives of everyday people.

My path to raw food began three years ago when serious health problems confronted me with the fact that I needed to nourish my mind and body much better. My introduction to raw, living foods began an experience of repair and revitalisation that left me amazed. Even better, I learned how to create meals that made my cravings for old, cooked foods disappear. Now I get so much pleasure and so much benefit from creative use of living foods.

From Grey To Green is a project born from my own transformation - and the practical knowledge I gained along the way that my heart wishes to share with all those who are curious about culinary excitement through raw food.
