I must tell you I have just completed Day Two of the 7 Day Challenge and you have done an excellent job of putting this Challenge together. It is very easy to follow and it is exciting - I am always looking ahead to see what is next and thinking 'yum'. The recipes are fab - I love the basic French dressing and the raw mayonnaise (which I have made twice - already!! I can eat it by the spoonful and its gorgeous on GF toast). I look forward to learning more. |

| Renata's raw food classes are fabulous! I came away with a belly full of yummy, nutritious food and lots of recipe ideas to help me achieve a more 'raw' diet. If you are thinking about going 'raw' or want to include more raw foods into your diet, then I can recommend this class. Make sure you go with an empty stomach! |

| Thanks, Renata, for an amazing workshop. I found the Christmas Workshop to be extremely well organized and friendly. It was a wonderful way to meet like-minded people, to learn about a new way of eating, and to get the opportunity to make dishes that were different to any made before.. The food is simple to make, yet surprisingly delicious, full of mouth-watering tastes. Even though raw, before you know it, you feel full. Also amazing is that one can make sweet treats, all with vegetables and fruits, that are every bit as yummy as the ‘puddings’ we are used to, many of which are full of preservatives, sugar and fat. It is wonderful to learn of a way of eating which is so much better for your health, yet not time-consuming to make. Thanks for a lovely experience. I look forward to the next workshop! |

| Hi Renata, Great work shop…evidenced by how fast the time went. Good mixture of talk, group work and a range of activities and EATING good food. I can’t think of too many changes you could make to make it more enjoyable or worthwhile. I know it was a “Christmas, special food’ sort of workshop but perhaps just a little more on the basics for people who had no experience, but in saying that I don’t really think I missed much. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and though I might not go ALL RAW, it opened my eyes to the possibilities and potential to work even more into my nutrition. I hope to make the ‘cake’ later this week to take to a gathering. |
