CAKES should make people happy!

I've always been fascinated with all expressions of cooking but desserts in particular have a special place in my heart. Each of them includes the most alkaline ingredient of all – LOVE!
CAKES in the raw are done with fruit in its ripe, organic, bursting-with-flavour wholeness. Ingredients we use are fresh, unprocessed, in their natural, nutrient-rich state. We use alternative sweeteners such as coconut nectar, raw honey,stevia, dates and yacon-syrup. They are natural, lower on the glycemic index and delicious. All cakes are divinely decadent, with simplicity and elegance in their wholesomeness that only Mother Nature could provide.
For many people, these are the only kinds of cakes to eat. Those who are lactose intolerant, diabetic, or allergic to wheat gluten find raw desserts to be a godsend. People with these conditions are increasing in number as our bodies react to all the processed high-glycemic sugar, wheat and pasteurised dairy.
One may choose raw cakes for any of these reasons but they really are for everybody to enjoy. People are completely amazed that you can have desserts this good without any animal products or cooking. What's far more amazing is that they taste more decadent and flavourful than the "real thing"!

We require each order to be placed at least 48 hours prior to collection.
We require each order to be paid in full prior to pick up.

Each cake must be collected from my house 1/34 West Tamaki Road, Auckland or delivery can be arranged for an additional cost.
We can make pies, cheesecakes or layered cakes for any occasion. If you are concerned about nut allergies, we can make a nut-free cake for you. Please contact Renata to discuss your requirements.
