The great thing is that often when we help others, we’re actually helping ourselves to find fulfilment and happiness. Each of us has something to offer another. What do you have? Renata Holicova - From Grey to Green

Renata teaches from the heart and is passionate about Raw Food. She is keen to pass on her knowledge, making it a spiritually uplifting and energising experience. Above all we want to make the whole Raw experience simple to understand.

(we use raw organic honey).

All food is organic.

The food is not cooked or heated above 50 degrees.
